LinktoDM plans and pricing
LinktoDM has four plans. Free is a working plan rather than a trial: no card, no expiry, and enough of the product to run a real comment-to-DM funnel. Pro is where an automation stops being a single reply and becomes a sequence you can steer. Pro+ doesn’t add new kinds of automation so much as more room to run them — more connected accounts, more people logging in, and programmatic access. Enterprise is a quote rather than a price, for agencies managing creators as a business.
The tables below are read live from LinktoDM’s billing API when you open this page, so they can’t drift out of date the way a written-down price does. The pricing page is where you buy, and the last word if the two ever disagree.
Live prices couldn't be loaded. See current pricing on linktodm.com.
How to read these prices
Section titled “How to read these prices”The price shown is per month, on whichever billing cycle is selected. Yearly plans are charged once, up front, for the whole year — the toggle shows the monthly equivalent so the two cycles can be compared on the same basis, and the Billing column names the amount that actually leaves your account.
Yearly is the same product for less. There is no feature difference between the cycles; you’re buying the discount, not a different tier. Monthly makes sense while you’re still finding out whether the automations earn their keep. Yearly makes sense after a month where they did.
Tax is listed separately where it applies, because that’s how checkout presents it. An Indian subscription shows the plan price plus GST rather than one combined figure, and the total you’re charged is the two added together.
Prices are shown in your region’s currency. India is billed in rupees and everywhere else in US dollars, and the page works out which from where you’re browsing. If it can’t tell — a VPN, a privacy extension, an unusual network — it falls back to dollars and says so above the table. Currency is decided again, for real, at checkout.
What each plan is actually for
Section titled “What each plan is actually for”Free is unusually complete, and it isn’t time-limited. You get unlimited automations, comment-to-DM, chat automation, story replies and mentions, the share trigger, the basic flow builder and your automation stats. If what you need is “someone comments a keyword, they receive a link”, Free does that indefinitely, within the DM allowance in the table above.
Where it stops is everything after that first message. There are no follow-ups, no data collection, no backtracking, no queue controls and no AI. Free delivers a message; it doesn’t build a relationship with the person who received it.
Two things push people from Free to Pro, and neither is usually the DM count.
The first is capture. Collecting an email address or phone number inside the DM, and exporting it, is the difference between an automation that delivered a link and one that gave you an audience you own — a list that still exists if Instagram changes its mind about your reach. Contact segmentation and personalised discount codes build on the same thing.
The second is control after something goes wrong, or right. Backtracking reaches comments that arrived before your automation existed, which matters on the post that takes off unexpectedly. Pausing or clearing the queue matters when you publish something with the wrong link in it. Both are Pro, and both are wanted at the exact moment waiting isn’t an option.
Pro also carries the pieces that turn one message into a conversation: follow-ups with conditions, opener messages, ask-to-follow, delays, AI replies and message variations.
Pro+ is about scale of operation, not capability of automation. A Pro automation and a Pro+ automation are the same automation. What changes is how many accounts run them, how many people can log in, and whether other software can drive LinktoDM on your behalf through API access. It also adds payment collection inside a flow, the AI flow builder, the AI intent trigger and AI agents that like and hide comments.
The practical test: if you’re hitting a ceiling on how many rather than what, you want Pro+. If you’re hitting a ceiling on what an automation can do, you wanted Pro and already have it.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”Enterprise is a custom quote covering everything in Pro+ plus a creator management dashboard, unlimited creator accounts and a named contact for support and feature requests. It exists for agencies and creator networks — the case where accounts belong to clients rather than to you. Email support@linktodm.com.
Creator accounts and team members are different things
Section titled “Creator accounts and team members are different things”These two limits get read as one, and they aren’t.
A creator account is an Instagram or Facebook account you’ve connected to LinktoDM. Each one is a separate account whose comments and DMs LinktoDM handles, and each gets its own share of Instagram’s sending limits. Running three brands means three creator accounts, even if you’re the only person who ever signs in. See adding another Instagram account for how that works.
A team member is a person with their own login to your LinktoDM workspace. Adding a colleague so they can build automations without sharing your password uses a team seat, not a creator account.
So a solo creator with four brands needs creator accounts, and a two-brand agency with six staff needs team seats. Check the table above for which plan carries enough of each — they don’t rise together, and it’s common to need one long before the other.
What “unlimited DMs” does and doesn’t cover
Section titled “What “unlimited DMs” does and doesn’t cover”Unlimited describes LinktoDM’s side of the arrangement: the paid plans don’t meter your messages, and a month where a post performs well costs the same as a quiet one.
Instagram’s own limits are separate and apply on every plan, including Enterprise. Meta caps how fast any tool may send on your behalf — most relevantly, private replies to comments are capped per hour — and upgrading your subscription does not raise them, because they aren’t LinktoDM’s to raise. This is the ceiling most viral posts meet, not the plan.
That’s what the DM queue is for: it holds the surplus and releases it into the next window rather than discarding it, so a spike is delivered late instead of lost. DM rate limits and throttling has Meta’s published figures and explains how the queue works around each one.
How LinktoDM’s pricing compares
Section titled “How LinktoDM’s pricing compares”Most Instagram automation tools, ManyChat included, price by contact: a low entry price for a small list that rises as the list grows. The effect is that a post which performs well raises next month’s bill, and growth costs more precisely when it’s working.
LinktoDM’s paid plans are flat, with unlimited DMs. The trade is that the ceilings sit elsewhere — on connected accounts and team seats rather than on audience size — which suits one brand sending a lot more than it suits many accounts sending little. There’s a full side-by-side on the LinktoDM vs ManyChat page, and a migration guide if you’re moving across.
Changing or cancelling your plan
Section titled “Changing or cancelling your plan”Upgrading takes effect immediately. The usual sequence when a post is taking off mid-campaign is to upgrade, backtrack the comments you missed, and carry on in the same sitting.
Cancelling stops the next renewal rather than closing the account. The paid features keep running until the period you’ve already paid for ends, and the account then returns to Free. Your automations, contacts and connected accounts stay where they are; the steps inside them that need a paid plan simply stop running. If you’re over the Free limits at that point, that’s what to sort out before the renewal date, not after.
Purchases are not refunded, including if you cancel or delete the account part-way through a period. The refund policy is the authority on this, and it’s the main reason to test on Free before buying rather than after.
Where to start
Section titled “Where to start”Connect one account and build one automation on Free before choosing anything. It costs nothing, takes a few minutes, and the plan question usually answers itself once you’ve seen which step you want next — a follow-up going out, or an email address coming back.
Start with Connect your Instagram account, then Create an Instagram comment-to-DM automation.
