Flow Analytics: See How Your Automations Perform
A published flow is a guess until you look at the numbers. LinktoDM reports on your automations in two places.
The Automations list
Section titled “The Automations list”Every automation you’ve built is listed here with its own figures alongside it, including Clicks, and the toggle that shows whether it’s currently running. It’s the quickest read: which automations are live, and which are actually being used.
Stats in the left sidebar is the fuller view, across your account rather than one automation at a time.
Reading the result
Section titled “Reading the result”The numbers are most useful as a comparison, not an absolute:
- Barely any triggers — the trigger is too narrow. A specific keyword that nobody thinks to type catches nothing; try any-word and see how the volume changes.
- Triggers but no clicks — the DM is the problem, not the automation. Try a different layout, a shorter message, or a clearer call to action.
- A branch nobody reaches — a Conditions node is matching everyone one way. Check that whatever it tests has actually been collected earlier in the flow.
Change one thing at a time between checks. Two edits at once and the numbers can’t tell you which one worked.
